Fallowfields

The Bluff

Enter Blackbarrow Hollows II (Troll Caves) and find the staircase to the north

Head to the south of the map, then walk through the river to find a secret exit

North-West Waterfalls

This chests can only be reached by a secret pathway revealed once the player has found Luna's Lens

Central

This chests can only be reached by a secret pathway revealed once the player has found Luna's Lens

There is a breakable wall in the basement of the library that leads up to the path.

Southern

Go down the well in Mascon after the shortcut to Wishless Resting Place Pillar is revealed. Go south along the small ledge beside the river to gain access to the riverfront exit, from which you can go up the stairs to get the chest.

The Crypt

In Fallowfields, there's a dead tree that can be chopped down to reveal a hidden entrance.

Blackbarrow

This chest is reachable after completing a quest for the NPC to the north and waiting several in-game days.

The Spire

This chest can only be obtained after defeating the first boss of The Spire, which causes most of the rooms to reshuffle.
